We aim to offer a competitive base salary. Salary is carefully considered when you join and reviewed each year, using market benchmarking data as a guide, to make sure it stays competitive with similar roles elsewhere.
You’ll receive a separate benefits allowance worth 3% of your base salary — yours to take as cash or use towards flexible benefits.

Anyone can request an unpaid sabbatical at any time. Once you've worked for Lloyd's for five years, you'll get the opportunity to enjoy one month paid leave for sabbaticals of 2–12 months. You can enjoy this benefit once in each five-year period of your service with Lloyd’s.
We offer enhanced leave and pay for all new parents. Primary and secondary caregivers are, subject to service, entitled to 26 weeks’ fully paid leave, plus a 4-week fully paid phased return if they’ve been away for 26 weeks or more.
Our online coaching tool supports expecting and adopting parents and their line managers throughout the parental leave transition.
